Recently, by the Lipu City Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, lipu City Market Supervision Administration, Lipu City Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Lipu Longying Food Technology Development Co., Ltd., Guangxi Liteng Food Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Longying Food Technology Development Co., Ltd., Guangxi Standardization Association, Guangxi University, Guangxi Agricultural Vocational Technology University, Lipu City Product Quality Inspection Institute, Lipu City Famous and Special Agricultural Products Association, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Subtropical Crops Research Institute and other units jointly drafted the group standard "Lipu Taro Taro"; proposed by Guangxi-ASEAN Food Inspection and Testing Center [Technology Innovation Center of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration (Natural Flavors and Essence)], lipu Longying Food Technology Development Co., Ltd., Guangxi Standardization Association, Lipu Market Supervision Administration, Guangxi University, Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical University, Guangxi-ASEAN Food Inspection and Testing Center, Guangxi Liteng Food Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Longying Food Technology Development Co., Ltd., Lipu Product Quality Inspection Institute, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Subtropical Crop Research Institute and other units jointly drafted the group standards "Taro Mud" and "Taro Circle" expert validation organized by the Standardization Association.
Experts from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Food and Drug Evaluation and Inspection Center, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Academy of Agricultural Sciences Vegetable Research Institute, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region New Material Technology Engineering Institute, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Product Quality Inspection Research Institute, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Analysis and Testing Research Center and other units listened to the standard After the drafting unit reported on the drafting of the standard, the standard was carefully reviewed and approved item by item, and it was agreed that the standard was in-depth investigation, extensively collect and sort out the relevant data of Lipu taro paste, taro paste and taro round, which are formulated on the basis of sample analysis and production verification. The technical route adopted is correct, the content is complete, and it is scientific, advanced and operable. The release and implementation of these three group standards is of great significance to improve the quality of Lipu taro paste, taro paste and taro round products, to create the brands of Lipu taro paste, taro paste and taro round, and to help the high-quality development of Lipu taro paste, taro paste and taro round industry.
It is reported that the planting area of Lipu taro in 13 townships in Lipu City is 51800 mu, with an average yield of 2000kg per mu and a total output of more than 100000 tons. At 6 yuan per kilogram, the output value per mu is more than 12000 yuan, and the total output value reaches 0.62 billion yuan. The development scale pattern of Lipu taro characteristic products has been initially formed, which has been unanimously recognized by consumers and experts at home and abroad. In 2023, the disposable income of rural residents in the city is about 17859 yuan, of which 30% are engaged in the production of Lipu taro. It is one of the agricultural characteristic industries and the main sources of income for farmers to increase their income. Lipu taro agricultural products and their processed products taro mud and taro balls sell well in domestic and foreign markets every year.
